Shirazi salad named after one of the ancient cities of Iran: Shiraz. It’s a refreshing and easy to make salad suitable for summers and a perfect match with spicy & greasy dishes.
Ingredients | 2-3 servings
For the sauce:
- 5tbsp Extra virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp dried Mint
- 1 lime or lemon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Preparation
– Dice the ingredients & place them in a bowl

Wait ⏳ 5 minutes before serving. So the sauce makes the ingredients slightly softer and all the flavors combines perfectly.
