Pasta with Shrimps and Zucchini

This Italian pasta dish is so quick to make. It’s is an easy recipe. I prefer to use fresh cream & fresh shrimps, this way the taste of this delicate dish will be better. Lets see the ingredients:

Ingredients | Servings: 2

160g/5.6oz Small Pink shrimps
230g/8oz chopped zucchini
fresh mint leaves (optional)
60g/2.1oz fresh cream
5-6 Tigre Shrimps
220g/7.7oz spaghetti pasta
Extravirgin Olive Oil
salt

Preparation

1- In a pot bring water to boil
2- Cut the zucchini in small pieces
3- In a pan add olive oil + chopped garlic + salt and pepper
4- Add zucchini and stir fry them gently on medium heat
5- In the meantime add Salt to the boiling water of pasta then Spaghetti
6- Add the small pink shrimps to the pan and stir for 1 min
7- Add chopped mint leaves to the pan (this is optionl)
8- Add also fresh cram
9- Wait till it boils and stir well with the rest of the ingredients, check the salt also and if it needs add some
10- Add the Spaghetti 2 mins before their cooking time and continue to stir
11- In another small pan add a bit of chopped garlic, olive oil and the Tigre shrimps, stir them till their color changes it needs only 1 min or 2
