This Keto Bread / Low carb bread is gluten-free, so no wheat flour is been used, so just consider that it will have a different texture compared to a normal bread. When you eat it fresh (just out of the oven) outside is a bit crunchy but inside is smooth and mushy (but it’s cooked well and I assure you nothing will remain raw).

Every morning I have this bread with a fiber paste that my mom prepares. Before eating this bread, I toast it! I cut it into small pieces and place it on the grill, the surface becomes pleasantly crunchy and breakfast will be a real joy with this low carb bread!

1.5 cup almond flour
1 cup Egg White
1.5 cup of hot water 90C°/194F°
1 teaspoon salt
5tbsp psyllium husk Flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
1.5 tbsp Vinegar
5tbsp Flax seed flour
1 tsp baking powder
poppy seeds for the top of bread


Preheat the oven at 180°C/360°F

Mix egg whites with vinegar

1- Mix all the dry ingredients
2- Add hot water
3- Add mix of egg white & vinegar and mix. Try to separate the crumbs by a fork
4- Mix everything with hands till you have a compact dough
5- Dough should looks like this
6- Make small balls of bread on the baking tray
7- Add Poppy seeds on top
8- Put them in the preheated oven, at the down side, for 75 mins
