I have tried, just by taste, to make this several times to a very unsavory result! I made your recipe last night with some Saffron rice and was thrilled with the result! I was missing the love that Ms Olga put it hers, but the flavors were there! Thank you for sharing this! This will definitely be on my winter meal rotation.
